Hi Tina, I just wanted to thank you for posting such great and simple recipes (and for generally having a fantastic blog!) I never cook but tonight I tried making dinner for my husband’s bday and I took 2 recipes from your page- pumpkin chocolate loaf and sweet potatoe fries. Oh my gosh; they turned out so well! And my husband couldn’t believe that I actually made them 🙂
