Hi, friends! I hope you’re having a lovely weekend!
I’m always on the hunt for new recipes on Saturday afternoons when I’m planning our meals and groceries for the upcoming week, so I wanted to share some recent instant pot favorites from some of my followers on Instagram.
Last week, I wanted something easy, healthy, and delicious to make for the week ahead, so I asked for recommendations and received a ton of awesome recipes. I shared them below as well as a free 7-day meal plan with 15 more instant pot recipes for you to try. The plan has everything you need for an efficient meal prep Sunday, including a food prep guide and grocery list.
And, of course, if you have a favorite recipe or two that you make in your instant pot, please send it my way. I’m always game for trying something new!

Oh my God! Everything looks so delicious and to know that these are all gluten free and dairy free! I am deciding which one got me feeling more hungry – the chicken soup or the General Tso’s meatballs and rice! 🙂
