Hi, guys! Happy Sunday!
Another week of half marathon training is in the books, and it was a good one for sure. I tackled 12 miles and then fit in two runs and two CrossFit workouts. Woohoo! I can’t say I feel totally ready for race day, but I’m hoping after a long run today and another one next week, I’ll feel confident in conquering 13.1 miles!

I ran my half marathon this weekend after a hybrid training plan of crossfit and running! I never ran more than 2 times a week. Overall it went pretty great.. finished under 2 hours which was my goal but it definitely was more uncomfortable than past races when I had run more mileage during my training. Recap coming up tomorrow (Monday).
Also.. I posted on insta but I made your broccoli salad for a family gathering and it was GONE so fast!! Huge hit and a great healthy addition to the table.
