Caitlin, Meghann, and Kelly went for a run by the Charles River, so they met us at Healthworks a little while later.
It felt so good to sweat! I did 35 minutes of cardio (running + elliptical) and a few minutes of abs on a stability ball.
After our workout, we headed straight to breakfast. All of us had worked up quite an appetite!
For breakfast, I ordered the grilled banana sandwich with cinnamon and honey, which was sweet, gooey, and HOLY YUM!
Each bite was a little piece of heaven!
We have a yummy lunch planned in Harvard Square this afternoon! Can’t wait!
