Welcome to this next edition of the Friday 5! I’m especially excited for this week’s round-up because these are top favorites when it comes to fashion, beauty, nutrition, and more!

LISTEN HERE

1. $5 Target Tank Top

I’m giving this tank top from Target a shoutout because it’s only $5! It’s a super basic cotton tank with a nice scoop neck –  perfect to add to your spring and summer wardrobe. I’m going to get a few more of these in other colors. I’m wearing an XS.

2. Colleen Rothschild Glycolic Acid Peel Pads

This new beauty product is a game-changer in my routine! I’ve only been using these glycolic acid peel pads a couple times a week, but I’ve noticed a big difference in how bright and glowy my skin looks, and how soft it feels. My skin is a little red directly after using the pads, but by morning, my skin looks amazing! How I use the pads: cleanse, use one pad, then I apply the Overnight Resurfacing Peel, and finally I use the Countertime Soft Cream from Beautycounter. I love this routine!

3. Fillo’s Beans

I’ve talked about these a few times, but I wanted to give them an official shoutout. They were on sale at Whole Foods, so I stocked up recently. They come in these slender packages which make them super convenient. I pour the beans into glass containers and then pop them in the microwave when I’m ready to eat them – it makes the Bean Protocol super easy! Fillo’s has has a variety of beans in different flavors. You can buy a whole case of them off Amazon, too!

4. Purity Coffee

Whenever I do drink coffee, I want to make sure I’m drinking really high quality stuff. Purity Coffee is tested for toxins and molds. I buy the biggest bag of their decaf coffee. I try to stay away from caffeine for hormone and liver health as I’ve dealt with estrogen dominance. They have caffeinated options, too. It’s delicious! If you sign up for their email list, they have a bunch of great deals there!

5. GenoPalate

I had the opportunity to do a GenoPalate test. I love health testing, so of course I was all in. It’s basically a DNA test that you do at home (just a simple cheek swab). Once they analyze your results, they give you nutrition recommendations based on your genes and how your body best utilizes different macro and micronutrients. They give you everything from caloric suggestions to specific food recommendations. My results recommended that I eat a higher amount of carbs, which is exactly what I’ve been doing with the Bean Protocol and I’ve been feeling so satisfied! This test isn’t crazy expensive – I think it’s totally worth it! And you can save $10 with code CARROTSNCAKE!
