Welcome to this next edition of the Friday 5! I’m especially excited for this week’s round-up. It’s definitely a fun mix of products! 🙂 Read or watch the latest Friday 5 below.

1. Long Sleeve Henley

I got this this shirt from Amazon for less then $20, and I’m impressed with how flattering it is. It is a fine ribbed material and super soft. I’m a very casual person, but want to look put together, so this top fits the bill. It also comes in a bunch of colors – totally worth checking out!

2. Anythony’s Collagen Powder

I think collagen is great to add to your diet. That said, I don’t think it’s “magical”! I would treat it like a protein powder as an additional way to get in an extra serving or two of protein. This one doesn’t have a strong taste, so it can easily be added to  coffee, smoothies, soups, sauces, baking recipes, etc. I like this one because it’s affordable.

3. Maybelline New York Brow Tattoo Longlasting Tint

I recently got my brows tinted, but it didn’t last long (darn it!). This Maybelline product is an affordable at-home tint. I’m probably using it twice a week, and then occasionally fill them in, but it definitely helps define my light brows. While I like the look of microblading, I’m not committed to that treatment yet, so this is great (less expensive) alternative.

4. Landmine Attachment

Our newest addition to our basement gym! I’ve been wanting this piece of equipment for a while, and when I saw it for less then $50, I had to snag it! It’s great for uni-lateral movements, and is very versatile. I’ve been using it a ton for the StrongMadeSimple 2.0 programming – love it!

5. Nutrisense

Using the Nutrisense device was really a life-changing experience for me. It’s a little sensor that you wear for two weeks on the back of your arm and it monitors your glucose. There is an app that goes with it, and you can check your glucose reading as often as you’d like (it takes a reading every 15 minutes for 24 hours… for two weeks). It doesn’t actually check your blood (in case that freaks you out). I’ve had some wonky blood sugar issues (my cravings and sleep issues were out of control!). Using this tool provided some really great info for me, and it gave me the confidence that I had fixed some root cause issues when it came to keeping my blood sugar in balance.
