Ricola is hitting the road to help America wake up their mouths with their Revitalizing drops! (Check out their website to see if Ricola will be stopping in a city near you!) Since the brand is promoting their Revitalizing Herb Drops, I thought it would be fun to highlight some easy (and fun!) ways to revitalize your day””from morning to night!
7:00 AM: Enjoy a mini spa in the shower. Buy a couple of luxurious bath products to start your day off on the right foot. Perhaps a coconut-scented lotion or a citrus-y body spray? I’m currently loving the Rosemary Mint Body Wash from Aveda. It’s so refreshing and smells like a spa in a bottle!
7:30 AM: Seek out some motivational words. I recently stumbled upon the quote below and it’s now a new favorite for getting me excited about the day ahead.
8:00 AM: Eat a nutritious breakfast. I’m on an oatmeal kick lately, and I always try to add at least one fruit (or veggie) to my bowl to set a healthy tone for the day.
10:00 AM: Give someone a compliment. It’s such a simple thing to do and it can totally make someone’s whole day. And making someone smile always gives me a boost!
12:00 PM: Break a sweat! Use your lunch break or little one’s nap time to squeeze in a quick workout. My favorites are high-intensity workouts, which give you the most bang for your buck in a short amount of time. Post-workout, if you don’t have a shower available, stock up on beauty products to freshen up, like dry shampoo and body cleansing wipes. No excuses!
1:00 PM: Think about what’s for dinner. That way, even if you’ve had a hectic day, you can stick to your meal plan (or buy nutritious ingredients on your way home) and make a healthy meal. (I want allofthesalmoncaesarsalads!)
3:30 PM: Beat the afternoon slump with Ricola Revitalizing Herb Drops. Skip the caffeine and get an uplifting hit of lemon followed by a surprisingly fizzy burst that both tingles your mouth and soothes your throat.
5:00 PM: Turn on some happy music as soon as you get home. Even if you’ve had an exhausting day, listening to some upbeat music can instantly transform your mood.
7:00 PM: Step away from social media. A lot of us have become so connected that we feel like we’re always “on.” Try unplugging for a couple of hours to help you recharge.
8:30 PM: Sip on some warm peppermint tea. The scent of peppermint can give you a natural lift!
9:30 PM: Spend a few minutes thinking about what you’re grateful for. This will help you switch off any negative thoughts before bedtime and help you sleep.

Love this post! Great ideas – thanks, Tina.
Upbeat music is a huge pick-me-up for me! I also love to pick up the phone and chat with my mom or another friend or take a quick walk outside. Even if it’s cold (hi, Chicago winter), I feel reenergized!
I love these tips. Especially unplugging. Social media has consumed our lives.
Roald Dahl is the best!
I’ve started a gratitude jar this year for me and my boyfriend – I love how it really makes you focus on the positives!
I love that quote from Roald Dahl! I really could use that reminder more often in my life. I like listening to music to pick me up. Usually it’s in the car, so then traffic isn’t so bad 🙂
