Look what our guests brought us: cupcakes from Sweet!!!

The half dozen cupcakes included a bunch of yummy flavors:
- ORGANIC KARAT
- BUTTERMILK PANCAKE
- BUTTERED ORANGE CIDER
- BANANAS FOSTER
- SNICKERDOODLE
- THE MACAROON

Of course, we needed to sample one of the cupcakes. We tried the Buttered Orange Cider cupcake first, which was heavenly! It sort of reminded me of a spice cake with delicious buttery frosting.
Murphy also enjoyed a cupcake from Sweet– well, technically, it was a “pupcake” made with a batter of applesauce and oatmeal. He loved it!
We made Murphy work for (half of) his treat by having him give Beth a couple of high fives.
This dog will do anything for food! 😉

I’m pretty sure you’re moving in to my dream place – all that hardwood and old details. LOVE IT! And from the looks of those cupcakes, you’re eating my dream desserts, too. YUM! How will Murphy do with the move? Do you think he’ll transition from one apartment to the other pretty easily?

I feel like it’s blasphemy, but I’m pretty sure I’d scrape most of the icing off those cupcakes. I prefer the cake over the icing and that’s a LOT of icing.

I love that Murphy got one! That reminds me that I have to make some cupcakes for one of my dogs … it’s her 3rd birthday this Friday!
