Where would you suggest I buy a kettlebell?
I been following all your workout videos, very interesting. Can do at home workout is the best. You look very strong and my goal is to tone-up by tummy like yours. No rules on doing exercise, whenever find time. I guess I need more discipline and adding more fiber on my diet.
