Description

This crispy and “cheesy” cauliflower gnocchi recipe, made with just 4 ingredients in an air fryer, is an easy and delicious way to prepare Trader Joe’s infamous cauliflower gnocchi. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag (12 ounces) frozen cauliflower gnocchi
  • 1 Tablespoon avocado oil (or other cooking oil)
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Pour cauliflower gnocchi into a microwave-safe dish. Microwave for 90 seconds to slightly defrost. Toss with oil and then with nutrition yeast. Add a pinch of sea salt.
  2. Pour gnocchi into your air fryer and cook on 400 degrees F for 18-20 minutes, tossing at the halfway mark.
  3. Remove from air fryer and serve!
