Besides cake and pizza, salads are a food that never seem to bore me. Every salad is a little different, the ingredient options are endless, and, of course, they’re a great way to pack veggies into my diet.
In the mix:
- Romaine
- Grape tomatoes
- Pickles
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Onions
- Ranch-flavored almond slices
- Ground turkey
- Balsamic vinegar
Great salad!
Dessert was fun tonight! 😀 I had some sliced strawberries with raisins, butter toffee glazed almond slices, and a dollop of coconut butter on top. Sweet and satisfying yet nutritious!
Before dinner, I snacked on a few dried apricots.
Sorry that I don’t have a lot to say tonight. My mind is totally pre-occupied (i.e. Blog Summit and house hunting)!
