Hey, hey!

Everyone loves a good protein ball, right? Well, here’s a pumpkin recipe to add to your repertoire this fall. This one, though, is especially amazing because it only requires 5 ingredients, has no added sugar, and its texture is pure perfection. Biting into one these babies reminds me of a soft, thick, and chewy oatmeal cookie. I’m telling ya, you need to try these Pumpkin Protein Balls. (We love them so much, we’ve made, like, a dozen batches since the recipe’s creation.) I promise, you won’t be disappointed!

Crazy Easy Pumpkin Protein Balls

Ingredients:

Directions: Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. The batter will likely seem dry, but just keep mixing until all of the protein powder is adsorbed. Roll batter into 6 balls. Store in a plastic container with a lid in the refrigerator.

Makes 6 protein balls

Macros (for plain almond butter, not flavored): P5 C8 F4

P.S. Tomorrow is the FINAL DAY to purchase a “Happy Hour Starts Now” tank top to benefit the CCFA. They’re only available for a limited time, and I would appreciate your support so very much.

  1. I actually opened a can of pumpkin this morning to make myself a pumpkin spice smoothie!! YAY, now I can try these! Looks delish!!

  2. I’m going to be the weirdo that tries them with a chocolate PB protein. The only variation of vanilla I have is a nighttime casein, so I’m not sure how well that would work (but it is a cinnamon flavor!).

  3. These sound good! But the Justin’s vanilla almond butter does have added sugar, about 6g of it in a 2 tablespoon serving, at least in my part of the country.

  4. I made these last night. So good! Thank you 🙂 I went a little crazy with pumpkin everything at Trader Joe’s!
