- Spider Walk on Bosu (Spider Push-Ups minus the push-up part)

My favorite Bosu exercise is standing on it while carrying on conversations like a pro. 😉 I should probably try some of these as well.
I love bosu workouts. Everything you do on the bosu requires extra balance – so you are getting a great core workout in with each exercise 🙂
Push ups on an overturned Bosu kill me! But in a good way. 😀
I’ve never used a Bosu, I usually just substitute in my stability ball. Can’t stand on that though 😉
