This one is a major butt-kicker! It includes just five lower body exercises, but it’s a tough one. My glutes are super sore today!

  1. Lunges and squats are my all time favorite butt workouts – gets me every time! In fact I did them yesterday in my bootcamp class and my buns are super sore…I love it though b/c it makes me feel like I got buns of steel 😉

  2. Squat might look like a more muscular exercise than one that would help in loosing weight, but trust me, 50 squats a day can really help in making you look not only slim, but in tone as well.
