I usually read you on Google Reader, but the pictures aren’t showing up. I am SO glad I clicked over to your blog because that pic of Murphy is priceless!! I can never see too many pictures of him š
Hi Tina, FYI…I read your blog via Google Reader and for some reason, over the last week I am NOT able to see any of your photos. When I click on to your website/blog, it’s all good but it’s just through Google Reader. Don’t know if anyone else is having issues. I use an Apple (don’t know if that matters).
Hahaha! What an amazing photo! š Awesome that you captured it at just the right moment, lol! How did you do that?! Would you mind letting me know what setting you put the camera on please? Thank you so much, I really appreciate it! <3 xyx
Hey Tina – Your photos are not showing up in Google Reader. I am using Firefox 4.0 on a Mac. I was seeing everything fine until about a week ago, now i just see the jpg link.
I love that picture! Seriously, super cute! Although I would never share my dear peanut butter with my dog. I’m greedy so I’d keep it all to myself! š
You’re giving me motivation to get back into lifting. I was really getting into it this summer, and then I got lazy the last few weeks and I’ve mostly been doing cardio. So thanks! š
Two (honest) questions (not criticisms — promise!) — do you do a total of 30 reps on the reverse fly, or switch legs half-way through, or what? Also — I’m old… in my 40’s… so things may have changed. But does the guy doing the squats have terrible form? That looks like it is awful on the knees to squat with your knees out over your toes like that…
I really appreciate you posting these. My family just moved and our budget doesn’t currently allow me to join a gym — but I have the internet and hand weights! And I get awesome pug pics to go with! Suh-weet! š

Hey Tina!! Your workouts for CNW are very similar to Jillian Michaels’ new DVD Ripped in 30. Great DVD!! I try to fit it in 3x a week with my running.
Push up planks are tough!
I love the action shot of Murphy. What a cutie.
Tina…just finished your book…love it, thanks so much for sharing yourself so honestly, you’re an inspiration!!
tomorrow is my non bodypump day! I can’t wait to get my carrots on.

@Yolie @ Practising Wellness: The best camera is the one you have on you! My point-and-shoot camera was on auto.
that’t so true…confidence, practice, and playing with your camera is key i guess, not how fancy it is š thank you so much! xyx
Lol, great shot of Murphy!

I am loving these CNW workouts! Your giving me some inspiration in my own workout department!
Wow. Ten pounds? You are STRONG!!!!!
Wow, what a lucky pup! Unlike people, he doesn’t even need to go grab the jar of PB and a spoon. Just a really really cute pink tongue…
Adorable pic!

@Sarah S.: Yep, I did 30 flys (15 on each leg) and 30 biceps curls (15 each leg) when doing the lunges.
do you also do cardio on the days you do weights?
@NDH: Yep!
