There’s nothing wrong with fairly simple meals – whether your house is in remodeling shambles or in pristine condition. 😉
@Katie @ Talk Less, Say More: I agree! Sometimes the simplest meals are also the healthiest! 😀
I need more of my plan to look the rest of your week. Right now I could copy/paste your Friday/Saturday and call it a week. Haha.
Pizza is definitely on my menu, too!
Your meals always sound so good! I thought of you the other day (is that weird?) when I tried a new breakfast recipe that turned out awesome! It’s a protein breakfast “bread” but you make it in a pan like a pancake. Super delicious & satisfying, and the perfect vehicle for nut butter! http://www.sofitandsoclean.com/protein-breakfast-bread/ if you’re interested 🙂
Sounds awesome! Thank you!! 🙂
Nice job getting a week of meals planned in advance. I always mean to do that, but somehow it never happens. Tuesday’s salad looks great!
looks good!!!
Looks like a good one!
Where do you get most of your produce? At a regular supermarket or the farmer’s markets? Which do you find to be less expensive? I love the farmer’s markets and wish we could have them year-round. Great shopping list as well! I’m going to be writing about my farmer’s market experience on my new blog (thanks to your success, we’ve been inspired to start our own!!). Our site is called The Rad Dish (http://www.theraddish.com)
I buy almost all of my produce at the grocery store– either Stop & Shop, Whole Foods, or Fresh Market because it tends to be cheaper than the farmer’s market.
That pizza looks perfect. I’m going to give that almond flax crust a try!
Since we have exactly two weeks before we move across the country, i am trying to make a meal plan for the next two weeks exactly to use up all perishable foods! You are such an inspiration to meal planning! – Wish me luck 🙂
Great recipes for the week! I haven’t a clue what I’m going to make!
These recipes look tasty. Major props to you for cooking while redoing your kitchen.
I love all your plans and organizing tips! I love the bean and tuna salad idea.
