- Monday: BLTs with roasted broccoli and Sweet Potato Wedges
- Tuesday: Steak with peppers, mushrooms, and onions
- Wednesday: Shrimp Stir Fry with rice
- Thursday: Make-Your-Own-Quesadillas
- Friday: Wing it
- Saturday: Out to dinner
