Crackled Sugar Cookies
The perfect sugar cookie: a delicious chewy middle, matched with a slightly crunchy edge.
Mama Pea’s Dough Balls
Muffins of Variety
Winner can choose from chocolate chip, banana nut and/or apple cranberry muffins.
Salted Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Adapted from Epicurious, these recipes are one of my reader’s favorites! They combine savory and sweet flavors together in one delicious treat! I highly recommend these cookies for even the most discerning tastes. They are both sweet and savory while still having the wonderful “goo factor” required for the best chocolate chip cookies, in my humble opinion.
Mexican Chocolate Snickerdoodles
These vegan cocoa cookies have a kick of cayenne pepper and are finished with a sweet dusting of cinnamon and sugar. They are crispy and crackley on the outside with soft and chewy centers. If you like spice, you will love this cookie!
Open to international readers.
Fudge Meringue Cookies
Light and gooey fudge meringue cookies! They are amazing.
Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Apple Brownies
This is not your simple brownie. Sautéed apples and peanut butter bring these brownies to a whole new level. Warning you might eat the entire bunch. *Can be made without the apple.*
Open to international readers.
Gluten-Free Vanilla Chocolate Chip Muffins with Cinnamon Sugar Topping
Delicious light vanilla muffin base with chocolate chips. Topped with cinnamon sugar and baked for a golden sweet crunch.
Open to international readers.
Homemade Granola Bars
These homemade granola bars are almond butter-based and are made of good, whole ingredients. They taste decadent, pack a protein punch, and are great for breakfast, snack, or a pre-workout source of fuel. The winner can choose the add-ins: such as dried fruit, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, nuts, raisins, etc — up to four! That, or I can choose.
Spiked Mocha Chip Cookies
These cookies are light but chewy and have a strong mocha flavor with a hint of liqueur in the background.
Chewy Peanut Butter Chip Brownies
Ingredients: Organic butter, organic evaporated cane juice, Baker’s unsweetened chocolate, cage free organic eggs, organic all purpose flour and Reese’s peanut butter chips.
Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cookies
Although I’ve made a lot of cookies, these are my new favorite! They find that balance between crunchy and chewy and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch inside, along with the butterscotch chips, puts them over the edge. When served with a cold glass of milk it’s like eating milk and cereal and cookies and milk all at once.
Peanut Butter Oreo Truffles
They are chocolate covered balls of Oreo and peanut butter deliciousness. I can make them regular flavored if the winning bidder doesn’t like peanut butter. They are made with cream cheese so they are not vegan.
Open to international readers.
Wren Cake
It is a super moist (it has a box of vanilla pudding in it) yellow cake flavored with Irish Cream liquor.
Magic Cookie Bars #1
Crispy Almond Wafer Sandwiches
One dozen delicate almond wafers filled with sweet buttercream frosting shipped on dry ice for ultimate freshness. Winner can choose up to two of the following flavors: Plain (almond with vanilla buttercream – pictured), Rosemary/Lemon zest with vanilla buttercream, Lavender with vanilla buttercream, Cocoa with orange blossom buttercream, or Mocha with chocolate filling. Made with all natural ingredients. Wheat free. Contains dairy, eggs, and almonds.
Open to US and Canadian readers.
Coconut-Oat Macaroons
These cookies retain the lovely flavor and chewy texture of a typical macaroon, but are lower in fat thanks to the addition of rolled oats. Vanilla bean paste contributes the aesthetically appealing black vanilla bean flecks, a touch of almond extract adds depth of flavor, and a bit of salt provides a nice counter balance to the sweet maple syrup.
Giant Snickerdoodles
Light and fluffy with a hint of vanilla and lemon.
Open to international readers.
Sugar Cookie Bars
Sugar cookies in bar form, simple as that!
