Now, in middle age, I need to embrace the fact that I can no longer eat like a teenager :o( I have wanted to clean up my nutrition for a while and struggle with information overload via the internet. Laura’s book sounds like the prefect map for a healthier nutrition journey. Plus, living in the Albany, NY area, it would be cool to have a book from a local author!! Thank you for sponsoring the giveaway!!

  13. I need to get back to healthy, clean eating after having a baby. My husband and I both work full-time, so after work we focus on spending time with our son before he goes to bed. I’m often too tired or still have work to do, so we end us ordering food more than we should. I’d love to find some easy, clean recipes that I can make for us after a long day and this cookbook seems like the perfect starting point.

  14. I need meal plans! Bottom line… and this book has them ! Not a lot do. I need to SEE what I should eat in a day. This book looks great!

  21. I have been diagnosed with a few health problems. I really went the food I eat to help aid my healing. I want to choose nourishing and taking care of my body over pumping myself full of medicine. As you can imagine this is easier said than done.. finding well balance, healthy nourishing meals is tricky. I am currently working on my education when it comes to clean eating but a book like this would be a blessing. There have been so many medical expenses I have had trouble paying for so a free book and the support your knowledge would be unbelievable and so appreciated it.

  22. I would like to clean up my diet as I enter Boston Marathon training. I don’t need to lose weight, but I want to fuel myself well. I rely way too much on packaged protein bars and I need some motivation to fuel with healthier, cleaner options.
