More About Laura

Laura Ligos, MBA, RDN, CSSD, is a sports dietitian and online real food blogger, educator, and nutrition expert. She received her bachelor of science degree in Nutrition Sciences from Cornell University. She went on to complete her dietetic internship and master of business administration at Dominican University. As a lifelong athlete, she knew her passion was in sports nutrition as well as teaching people how to cook and build a real food lifestyle. Laura is also a CrossFit Level 2 trainer at her local CrossFit gym where she loves coaching her athletes and helping them live an active life through movement and nutrition.   14. This fudge is so good. My husband loves anything with peanut butter. Add chocolate and he’s even happier. He has it with his 1/2 cup of coffee in the afternoon. The problem will be to make sure we always have some available.
