Happy Sunday, friends!
First things first: If you haven’t yet entered my 10 Year Blog Birthday Giveaway, be sure to head over for a chance to win! I’ll pick a winner later this week – and who doesn’t love new clothes! 🙂
Speaking of blog birthdays, Mal, Quinn, and I went out to dinner to celebrate at The Range on Friday night. Ten years deserved a night out – and, well, we had NO FOOD at home. It’s funny – at the beginning of the week, our fridge is jam-packed with food, and I’m always worried we bought too much and that some of it will go to waste. But, every week, our fridge is empty come Friday/Saturday. At least, I know we’re not wasting anything! 🙂
Anyway… we bumped into some friends at The Range, and they were eating an order of Loaded Tots, a new item on the menu. They looked sooooo good, we just had to order some for our table. Obviously, they weren’t AIP- or LEAP-approved, but I enjoyed some, didn’t die, and the world kept turning. 🙂
For my entree, I ordered the garden salad with grilled chicken breast and dressing on the side. It was good, but nearly as exciting as the tots!
Quinn was ALL OVER THE PLACE at the restaurant, so it wasn’t a relaxing meal by any means, but he did sit and eat his pasta for a little while, so Mal and I had a chance to talk. Mal asked me where I wanted to be in 10 years, and here’s what I told him. BIG plans for the future! 🙂
