I love peanut butter, but I actually think Murphy loves it more than me. Did you see those crazy pug eyes in the last photo?! What a nut.

Breakfast

My breakfast this morning was a toasted English muffin with peanut butter and banana slices on top.

Question of the Day

I don’t know about you, but I go through phases of loving certain foods and eating them all of the time. Right now, I’m obsessed with smoothies and coconut butter.

What are the foods that you can’t get enough of right now?

  1. I’m the same way-I eat the same few things for a while and then it just switches. I haven’t had coconut butter but I’ve been seeing it EVERYWHERE and I need to find some for myself!

  3. I can’t get enough of turkey bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches on sandwich thins. Mmmmm! I hate when I overdo a food phase to the point that I HATE that food for months on end. I haven’t enjoyed hummus in over a year =(

  4. My new food infatuation is dark chocolate covered caramels w/sea salt on top. They are amazing! I’ve been trying to do more dark chocolate to bring my good cholesterol levels up. For some reason they plummeted (may be my lack of exercise through the winter compared to going to the pool/gym 4-5 days a week normally to maybe once a week this winter 🙁 so I’ll have to get back on that) but I heard dark chocolate, nuts, cranberries & fish oil are all good for raising your good cholesterol levels.
