Um, YUM! Love butterscotch chips and I agree they (and any kind of dark chocolate) make everything better. π
Delish- I’ve made butterscotch and chocolate chip oatmeal cookies before!
These look amazing! Weird as it may be, I actually don’t like chocolate chips. Butterscotch seems like the perfect alternative!!

Yes!! I agree! Especially for someone who doesn’t really like chocolate, but LOVES SWEETS, these are a terrific alternative. π
Mmm, I am definitely making these today! I was in need of a nice cookie recipe!
Good gravy lady. Butterscotch is the perfect flavor for fall. I’ve been craving all things maple, pumpkin, butterscotch. I’ll have to give these things a try, my husband would love them.
I know you’ve mentioned that you like Lululemon. I think I remember reading about about getting a free ta-ta tamer as a replacement after your bra rusted(love that company).
I’m doing a $50 Lululemon Giveaway on my updated site today that I thought you might be interested in. I used your guy Ryan and he did a great job. I always get so much good info from your blog thx.

Oh, I love new cookie recipes. I also love recipes that do not make 40 cookies! A perfect size and I can’t wait to make these – thanks Tina!
Same here! Otherwise, I eat all 40 cookies in like 2 days!
I have never bought butterscotch chips, I always pick chocolate over them but these sound good!
Um…. Yum! I love making these type of cookies with the addition of Oatmeal. Totally reminds me of Fall. Probably because this is when I make them most. π
I was just thinking last night if I should grab the butterscotch chips at the store haha. These look so delicious! The recipe is so short, but I like that π
I love!!! butterscotch chips. I use them in cookies or baking whenever possible! And they pair wonderfully with white choc too. Then again, I think all chocolate pairs well together π
Amen to that! But I keep mine in a cupboard way up high because i don’t trust myself around them!
I LOVE butterscotch chips!! Probably my favorite. I used to make cookies with chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and heath toffee crumbles. So freaking good.

butterscotch chips are soooo underrated! Good job bringing them to light! lol now I want one of those cookies!
Have you tried oatmeal scotchies?! The recipe should be on the back of the Nestle Tollhouse bag. They are a family favorite and always a crowd pleaser. I love them!
Do you remember the butterscotch magic shell from Dairy Queen!? I’m not sure if it even exists any more but OMG SO good… it’s all I can think about when I think of butterscotch π

Those cookies look SO good! I made these cookies this past weekend(http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/magic-peanut-butter-middles/detail.aspx) and they delish!
This makes me cry inside. We don’t have butterscotch chips in Australia π
Wow, when I looked at that picture I could smell them! π
I don’t know if I’ve ever had butterscotch chips before… I love the flavour of butterscotch though so I bet they’re delicious! I’ll hope my grocery store carries them!
Butterscotch chips are so under-rated! I love their sweet, caramel flavor in any and all baked goods. I need to pick up a bag, even if they’re just to sprinkle on top of ice cream!
Yum! I love butterscotch! Those look great! It’s the perfect time of the year to make cookies!
I am with you, Tina. Love me some butterscotch chips!
I LOVE butterscotch chips! The recipe on the back of the package is for oatmeal ‘scotchies and they are phenomenal too!
