  • Colostrum Powder – This is a new-to-me product recommend by the functional practioner that I’m working with right now. Colostrum (yep, like in breast milk) increases strength, stamina, performance, and recovery – great for athletes! It also contains a ton of ingredients that support anti-aging and tissue repair, along with a bunch of immune factors for health and wellness. It’s a serious powerhouse. The flavor, though, is very, well… pasture-y. I don’t even know if that’s a great way to describe it, but it definitely has a flavor. I typically “cover it up” with Natural Calm (below) and/or sliced lemon. I’ll also sometimes add the colostrum powder to my iced coffee, so then the flavor isn’t very strong at all. It’s just pretty apparent in water, so I wanted to give you a heads up!
  • L-Glutamine Powder – I’ve taken this for years. It’s great for both GI and immune health, helps with healing, and mixes easily in warm or cold liquids. No flavor with this one!
  • Natural Calm (raspberry lemon flavor) – If you’re a stress-case and work out on the regular, you need Natural Calm in your life! Most of us are depleted on the magnesium-front, so this powder is a great way to get it into your diet. Magnesium helps with stress, sleep, cravings, and more! The raspberry lemon flavor is delicious and so easy to add to your daily routine.
  • Collagen (not pictured) – I typically add collagen to my iced coffee, but sometimes I’ll throw it in my water too. It’s an easy way to add protein to your diet, and I love that it makes my hair and nails stronger. Supposedly, it helps with wrinkles and cellulite too, so I keep it as a regular part of my routine! 😉
  • Lemon – There are so many health benefits of drinking lemon water, and I like the flavor, so I like to slice up a whole one and add it to my water.
  • Stainless Steel Shaker Water Bottle – I love this shaker bottle so much. I use it all the time as my daily water bottle and it’s perfect for shaking up all of these different powders!
