Good morning! 😎

So, I’ve had quite the quintessential healthy living blogger morning so far– nut butter, running, smoothies, food photography, Twittering… you get the idea. πŸ˜‰

Before heading out for a run, I fueled up with a piece of whole wheat bread + almond butter.

Then, Jenna and I hit the pavement for a 30-minute run along the river.

Sabrina and Anne walked to the grocery store for some breakfast supplies.

After our workout, we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast spread.

I had some fresh fruit, a strawberry-banana smoothie, iced coffee…
