Well, as you know, I have been struggling to find balance between all of the various pieces of my life: the blog, my full-time job, family, friends, fitness (including training for a half marathon), cooking, cleaning, sleeping, obsessing about pugs, etc. At times, I thought I had found the balance, but now, I am just feeling burnt-out. So, for the next week, I am taking a break from blogging to unwind and de-stress.

I think it’s so good to know when one need a break…..after all ,life did exist for us all before blogs,internet,twitter etc ? I don’t have a blog, or facebook,or twitter because I am trying to simplify and find I am on computer too much already with email,reading blogs,etc!
And to really bring it home the incredibly tragic death of the beloved brother of one of my fave bloggers Jenna(Eat,Live,Run) has shocked me into realizing we can’t take any moment with loved one’s for granted…we never know how long our time is here on the earth.My thoughts are with Jenna and her family and friends,even though I only know her through her blog.
So take lots of breaks from your wonderful blog,it’s a sign you know how to take care of your real life.I truly admire that.

Tina: Your dedication to multiple posts a day is amazing, but I can see where that would get overwhelming. Although as a reader, I love checking in thru the day and finding new posts, I also follow bloggers who post once a day or once every 2-3 days. Don’t hold yourself to the idea that you must chronicle every morsel that enters your mouth, unless this helps you with your eating plan. Perhaps you slightly restructure your frequency or style. As you said, it does evolve.
