I love to see what other people eat in a day because it always gives me great ideas for my own meals and snacks. I decided to take you through a day of my food choices, which, of course, is just one of many days, but it’s fairly representative of how I eat on the regular (+ or – the amount of nutter butter shown). Please note: The video is missing a post-workout protein shake – sorry, totally spaced on recording it!

I always make a big batch of chicken or some type of protein during my meal prep – it’s a lifesaver! Protein shakes, oatmeal and eggs are some of my other favorite quick meals.
Where did you get the mixed veggie noodles? I’ve been wanting to try some before I even start looking at spiralizers!
This week for my lunches, I made roasted cauliflower with a drizzle of honey, and hot barbecue turkey tenderloin. Looking forward to eating it during my school/work days!
I got them at Wegmans but most grocery stores sell them nowadays! I like the frozen ones from Trader Joe’s too!
I love buying those pre spiralized veggies, best thing since pre riced cauliflower makes it so much easier to eat healthily! Hope you had a great time in Scottsdale!

It depends on the day and how hungry I am – also, how busy I am! But, yes, definitely love a good snack!
What’s up with these videos?
So today was carbs day 😉 This morning I made some oh she glows chia doughnuts that I ate with coffee +collagen. For lunch I bought a veggie sandwich with lentils. And for dinner I made homemade pizza with tomatoes cheese and salami but I didn’t eat any salami because my son wanted to eat it all lol so it ended up been a meatless monday 😉

Are you still doing AIP? It seems like it would be hard to stick to but I was curious if it helped with your UC symptoms.
