Ever since I saw Ants on the Log on Jen’s blog the other day, I haven’t been able to get it out of my mind. Celery + PB + raisins is a winning combination in my book– tasty, satisfying, and nutritious. No wonder I couldn’t stop thinking about this snack! I’m just glad that I finally made it!

What was your favorite childhood snack?

Also with lunch, I had a homemade salad with leftovers from last night’s roasted brussels sprouts + turnip. The mustard + pesto flavors soaked in overnight and gave my veggies even more flavor. Love that!

I also had a Granny Smith apple and a mini Key Lime Pie Larabar with lunch. So many shades of green! :mrgreen:

Mal and I have a date night planned this evening. Yay! It actually involves the color green! šŸ˜‰
