I’m going to sleep so well tonight– and I’m definitely taking tomorrow off from any kind of exercise. My body needs a break. I can just feel it, ya know?
After Body Pump, I took the quickest shower ever and headed straight to the kitchen to reheat some leftovers for dinner. When I was out with Jen last night, Mal made a yummy recipe from Real Simple: Cheesy Baked Pasta With Spinach and Artichokes.
A day later, Mal’s meal didn’t look very pretty…
But reheating it in the microwave made it all better! 😉
This was a really great dish. It included lots of my favorites– artichokes, spinach, pasta, and cheese– how could it not taste delicious?!
On the side, I had a salad topped with the last of the Carrot and Apple Slaw.
Dinner was filling, but, of course, I had room for the other half of my Oreo Blizzard! 😉
Only having half of a Blizzard to eat was just not fair! It left me wanting more. 😕
I’m taking it easy for the rest of the night. My body needs some R & R.
