I wanted to share a workout that I’m loving lately. It’s a combination of strength training with some cardio mixed in, so you get a nice pump and sweat at the same time. This is honestly my favorite way to work out! 🙂

Here’s the workout:

4-5 SETS

10 Romanian Deadlifts

10 Floor Presses

10 Swings 10 Tall Kneel to Standing (add weight for more of a challenge)

10 Crush Grip Rows

10 Swings Rest

1-2 min between rounds

The weight should be heavy-ish for this workout since you’re working a number of your larger muscle groups. I used a set of 35-pound dumbbells, but, of course, do what’s best for you. If you have a kettlebell or barbell, feel free to substitute it for any of these exercises.

Keep in mind, if you’re not seeing the results you want from your workouts, it might mean it’s time to try something new. This workout *could* feel easy or really challenging depending on the weight you use.

If you’re not challenging yourself within your workout, you’re likely not going to create enough stimulus to see the results aka build muscle and look ‘toned’. I can’t stress this enough! But, remember, challenging yourself does NOT mean feeling super sore for a week!
