Hi, friends!
Over the years, I have created and published soooooo many recipes – yet it’s amazing that I make the same ones again and again. I definitely have some tried-and-true favorites, and I know you guys love a lot of the same recipes. Great minds think alike, right? Personally, I think the key to recipes that stand the test of time is that they’re both super easy and (obviously) delicious. Many of my 3-ingredient dinners or make-ahead meals are just so convenient and end up in our regular rotation. Even after 5 years, we just don’t get tired of planning them into our weekly meal plan.
That said, here are 5 of the recipes that I’ve made for the past 5 years (or more). If any of these recipes haven’t been tested out in your kitchen, I highly recommend giving them a try, especially during this time of year when we are all short on time, but still want to keep our diets in check. And, of course, I’d love to hear your CNC favorites (both past and present), so make sure to leave me a comment and let me know. Enjoy!

I remember how much I hated broccoli forever until I decided to try roasting it based on a repeated Carrots & Cake recipe. Now roasted broccoli is something we eat at least once or twice a week in our house. So thank you!! Funny thing- if you look back your old recipe included adding sugar, we don’t do that anymore and I kinda doubt you do either 😉
I started reading your blog because I loved the running portions but it’s the easy recipes that kept me for years now! I love the Trader Joe’s themed recipes because I usually just switch them up a little and can have 2 or three options.
Great recipes! There is a banana bread recipe you posted awhile back that is now my go-to! It always works out so well!
Yayy! Love that recipe!
@Melissa: The banana bread is my favorite too!

Your Loaded Baked Potato Chicken Salad is still on my list of go to recipes, sometimes I use sprouts and sometimes broccoli but it is always a hit.
We do broccoli sometimes as well! Glad you enjoy it! 🙂
I keep making your Cowboy Caviar Cauliflower Rice Bowl. It is so easy and delicious! Thank you for sharing all your recipes.
That’s one of my favorites too! Glad you like it!!
I love your Cowboy Caviar Cauliflower Rice Bowl and have made it a few times now. Thank you for sharing your recipes!
Your morning glory muffins are one of my favs! This post reminded me that it’s time to whip up a batch soon. xoxo
