4. Giving up too soon. Weight loss is NOT linear and it’s likely you’ll see fluctuation along your journey. Don’t let that get you down, stay the course.


5. Not having a plan. Generally speaking, losing weight is a numbers game but it also requires planning, preparation, execution, and accountability. Without that, results can be derailed.
