Hey, hey! Happy Friday!

Here’s a little recap of yesterday…

Big ol’ breakfast: Fried egg with homefries, a toasted English muffin with butter, and buffalo sauce. (FYI: I make a huge batch of homefries on Sunday –a mix of red and sweet potatoes + Montreal Steak Seasoning– and then Mal and I reheat them for breakfast all week long.)

After breakfast: Errands with Quinn + White Chocolate Chip iced coffee from Marylou’s.

Second breakfast: Breakfast burrito <— Delicious and on sale right now at Target!

A short while later: Hummus + veggies + rice crackers + olives.

And another snack: Sweet & Nutty Probiotic Trail Mix from my friends at CVS/pharmacy. Please note the tiny hand reaching for it.

Afternoon: Repairman fixing our dishwasher. It broke on Wednesday night and, miraculously, I found someone to come out yesterday to fix it. Thank goodness! I really could not have lived without a dishwasher. (I know… so dramatic.) Growing up, we didn’t have one, so washing dishes is my least favorite thing to do EVER, like ever, ever. Well, ok, cleaning the tub is worse, but not by much. I’m angry even thinking about it. Haha!

Late afternoon: Walk with Quinn + conference call. On the conference call, I said it was ‘warm’ on the South Shore, so I was out walking with my son. When the person on the other end of the line asked me what the temperature was, I told her it was 49 degrees and she laughed and said it didn’t sound very warm. Haha! (She was from Arizona.) Hey, 49 degrees in November is warm. I mean, that’s almost 50 degrees!

Afternoon snack (listen to this): Peanut butter + banana + butterscotch morsels = yummmmmm!

Evening: Massage + Potato and Chorizo Dobladas + wine + American Horror Story + more trail mix.

The end.
