Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken breast
  • 1 jar of salsa of choice
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • juice of 1/2 lime

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a crockpot. Cook on high for 2-4 hours (or low for 4-6 hours) or until chicken is cooked all the way through. Serve over rice, pasta, and/or your favorite veggies. I like serving the extra sauce over steamed broccoli or potatoes. 🙂
