Hey, hey!
We all love single-serving dessert recipes, am I right? I mean, a mini, portion-controlled goody that you can make in just minutes? Hello? Perfect. But, a lot of the “mug” recipes out there seem like they require a zillion ingredients””a pinch of this, a dash of that, 1/8 tsp of some random ingredient you don’t have on hand… you get what I’m saying. So, in theory, they’re a great dessert option, but they’re kind of a pain in the butt to make.
Well, this Blondie for One recipe calls for just four ingredients and you probably have them in your kitchen right now: almond butter, maple syrup, honey, and egg whites. And this tiny treat takes very little time and effort to make, so you’ll have a delectable dessert whenever the craving arises!
Ingredients:
- 1 heaping tbsp creamy almond butter
- 1 tsp liquid egg whites
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Directions: Add ingredients to a microwave-safe bowl, such as a ramekin or mug, and mix ingredients well until a batter forms. Nuke it in the microwave for 45 seconds (less if you prefer a gooier blondie).
Grab a spoon and enjoy!
