Just popping in real quick with a super simple, nutritious, and DELICIOUS recipe that you can throw together in a matter of minutes. It’s a new favorite in our house and one that will most definitely become a staple! It’s perfect for busy nights and makes awesome leftovers for lunch the next day.
Introducing: 3-Ingredient Southwest Chicken Lettuce Wraps! You guys, it doesn’t get easier than this, and I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do!

3-Ingredient Southwest Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Description
A quick and easy lunch or dinner staple to always have on-hand.
Ingredients
1lb ground chicken (turkey or beef)
1 jar of Trader Joe’s Cowboy Caviar (or salsa with black beans & corn)
1 head of lettuce (leaves removed and washed)
Optional Toppings: guacamole, shredded cheese & other fun toppings.
Instructions
- Cook meat in a pan on the stovetop.
- When it’s almost finished cooking, add cowboy caviar and combine well.
- Portion out into lettuce wraps, add toppings and enjoy.

Yummy! Lettuce wraps are delicious! I haven’t made them in ages, so you just reminded me how it’s ABOUT time I get on that. I’ve seen that salsa at TJ’s, but I’ve never tried it, so definitely going to grab it next time!

Using romaine or collard greens as wraps is my favorite for a lighter meal or even snack!

Um heck yes! I’m totally doing this! And recently I’ve discovered how convenient butter lettuce leaves are for this type of meal, they are great little shells!
