3-Ingredient Southwest Chicken Lettuce Wraps

A quick and easy lunch or dinner staple to always have on-hand.



1lb ground chicken (turkey or beef)

1 jar of Trader Joe’s Cowboy Caviar (or salsa with black beans & corn)

1 head of lettuce (leaves removed and washed)

Optional Toppings: guacamole, shredded cheese & other fun toppings.


  1. Cook meat in a pan on the stovetop.
  2. When it’s almost finished cooking, add cowboy caviar and combine well.
  3. Portion out into lettuce wraps, add toppings and enjoy.
