3-Ingredient Southwest Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Description

A quick and easy lunch or dinner staple to always have on-hand.


Ingredients

Scale

1lb ground chicken (turkey or beef)

1 jar of Trader Joe’s Cowboy Caviar (or salsa with black beans & corn)

1 head of lettuce (leaves removed and washed)

Optional Toppings: guacamole, shredded cheese & other fun toppings.


Instructions

  1. Cook meat in a pan on the stovetop.
  2. When it’s almost finished cooking, add cowboy caviar and combine well.
  3. Portion out into lettuce wraps, add toppings and enjoy.

  1. Yummy! Lettuce wraps are delicious! I haven’t made them in ages, so you just reminded me how it’s ABOUT time I get on that. I’ve seen that salsa at TJ’s, but I’ve never tried it, so definitely going to grab it next time!
