You guys know how much I LOVE the holidays, and I did everything in my power to fully embrace the most wonderful time of year. It really was a special time to be with family and friends, partaking in all the holiday activities, and, of course, enjoying the yummiest food and drinks! But while the holidays bring so much excitement and joy, they can also bring on a lack of routine with regard to your diet, which can leave you feeling a bit, well, blah – bloated, sluggish, and not very motivated to jump back into healthy eating habits. Even though January 1st and the Master Your Macro Challenge have passed, it’s not too late to get back on track.
