Good morning and congrats to the New England Patriots on their Super Bowl win! What an exciting game!

Ok, let’s talk about the weekend. It was a really fun one for me. Here is a quick recap!

Baby in a bar. Lunch and day-drinking with some friends before the Super Bowl.

Live simple. Love big. This might be my new life motto.

Glazed donut. I needed one.

Post-run multitasking. Feeding Quinn. Icing my knees. Drinking a protein shake.

Quinn’s “leisure suit” (from ThredUp). Ridiculously adorable, right?

Spicy Jalapeño & Pepper Jack Chicken Meatballs. Omg, OBSESSED. The folks from al fresco sent them to me to try, and I loooovvvee them. They taste amazing and they cook in just 75 seconds in the microwave. Instant protein. #macros

Last women standing after the KFIT Recipe Swap. I definitely stayed up too late on Friday night, but, man, it was fun!

1 handful and a half of spinach
1 cup of coconut water
A handful of frozen mango
1/2 of a handful of frozen strawberries (these are scientific measurements ;) )
1 banana
1 1/2 tbs of chia seeds
1cup of Cabot’s Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt

It is SoOoOoOoOo good!
