I feel like a need another weekend just to relax after the weekend I had! Jeez, Louise! Who spends most of the Sunday drinking beers!?! Ugh, I am paying for it now on Monday morning… but it was a really fun Sunday! 😉 All I know is that this upcoming week is going to full of healthy eating, drinking, sleep, and exercise!
Today’s breakfast is a tad on the light side because I am going to a “New Employee Orientation” at Harvard later this morning where there will be a continental breakfast with bagels, pastries, coffee, etc. I know I’ll end up munching on something, so breakfast was two slices of whole wheat toast with peanut butter and raisins.
With an Adora disk…
And iced coffee…

P.S. I just looked up my time for the Ras 5K: 25:33 (8:14 pace). It was a PR— 2 seconds faster! It wasn’t a huge improvement, but I’ll take it. At least I am consistent!
