		<description>I love this post. I&#039;ve shed 100! lbs and recently gained a few back and this post helps put things in perspective. For me, yoga, body pump, and a plant-based diet are the keys to success. Now that I have grad school at night after work, it&#039;s hard to get in as many work-outs during the week as I did at my feel-great weight, so I&#039;m back to food-journaling (my version of calorie counting) and am trying to cut down on wheat and really need to stop eating 3 hours before bed (that&#039;s the tough part!). Thanks for sharing your journey and keep up the good work!</description>

		<description>I am trying to lose about 25 lbs just like you did. Reading your blog and book helps to motivate me at times when I feel it is impossible. I was always super skinny in high school and college (just high metabolism) so I could literally eat anything and not gain one pound. Then I got a desk job and slowly but surely the pounds packed on and now I am trying to change my horrible eating habits and exercise habits. Thanks for the great posts letting us all know we are not alone. :)</description>
