Homemade hummus is the BEST!! I ate it again for lunch today: spread on crispy French bread and on the side of my salad for carrot stick dipping. Love it! I have been such a bum today! I slept-in late, stayed in my PJs all day, watched 5 episodes of Weeds, and I haven’t left my couch all that much, except to take a shower around 5:00 PM. Let’s hope January 2, 2009 is a bit more active and exciting!
