
Happy (Cookie) Friday!
My day is off to a wonderful start. I enjoyed an early morning Ashtanga Yoga class, followed by a delightful bowl of pumpkin oats and a glass of iced coffee. In the oatmeal mix: oats, pumpkin, spelt flakes, ground flaxseed meal, soy milk, raisins, and peanut butter. So delish!
