Happy Cookie Friday! I enjoyed a light lunch today, but for good reason! My salad included romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, celery, carrots, green bell pepper, balsamic vinegar, and leftover Pasta with Tuna and Black Olive Vinaigrette.
