<p>I <em>really, really, really</em> want my camera back from the <strong>Geek Squad</strong>! I received another update this morning that my camera is being &#8220;<strong>Repaired</strong>.&#8221; Gaaah!! Hurry up, Geeks!! <em>But</em>, <span style="text-decoration: underline;">not</span> having my camera has made me think <em><strong>outside of the box</strong></em> when photographing and displaying my food pics on the blog. This <strong>clementine collage</strong> looks pretty cool to me! <img src='http://carrotsncake.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif' alt='' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>I ate a clementine and an Adora disk as a mid-morning snack today. When taken together, vitamin C helps with the absorption of calcium. Pretty neat, huh?</p>
<p>(Ugh, these yucky photos are killing me!)</p>
<p>The rest of lunch was a homemade salad with extra carrot sticks for dipping into <a href="http://carrotsncake.com/2009/01/homemade-hummus.html">sun-dried tomato hummus</a>. I also had some leftover <a href="http://carrotsncake.com/2009/01/sweet-potato-fries.html">sweet potato fries</a>, which I warmed-up in the microwave.</p>
<p><a href="http://carrotsncake.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/blogphotos-013.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-6586" title="blogphotos-013" src="http://carrotsncake.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/blogphotos-013-455x341.jpg" alt="" width="455" height="341" /></a></p>
<p>I followed-up all of those veggies with a Lemon Zest Luna Bar, which tasted like a crunchy <strong>lemon square</strong>! Yum! <img src='http://carrotsncake.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':-D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p><a href="http://carrotsncake.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/blogphotos-014.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-6587" title="blogphotos-014" src="http://carrotsncake.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/blogphotos-014-455x341.jpg" alt="" width="455" height="341" /></a></p>
<p>Speaking of lemons, here&#8217;s a nice article about adding lemons into your winter diet. It has lots of<strong> lemony</strong> info and recipes: <a href="http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2009/01/07/FDRL14VNVN.DTL">A Zest for Lemons</a>.</p>
