I’d like to see a section for your awesome smoothie recipes! I never thought they could be so filling until reading your blog. :-)

I really enjoy your website. And i’m so happy to see all the great advice you are giving, I was wondering if you were capable of providing the calorie count for more of your recipes.

Hi! Thanks for the breakfast inspiration…I’m totally obsessed with bulger/steel cut oats etc with natural peanut butter or almond butter. I’ve been looking for chia seeds in the store and can’t find them, so I’ve been substituting whole flax seeds. I see that you sometimes add ground flax to your morning routine. Do you know what the nutritional difference between whole and ground flax is?

@Jackie: hey the difference between the two is that you can’t digest whole flax seed so to actually get any nutrients from it you have to grind it. hope that helps clear it up a bit:)

Hi Tina, you have a great site! The cinnamon brown sugar pancakes look good and I might just be making them tomorrow for breakfast. I’m looking forward to exploring more of your blog and getting some good tips.
Thanks!

Hi Tina!
I have been a huge fan for several years now of your blog and appreciate all of the wonderful advice and recipes that you have provided so graciously over the years.
I am currently in graduate school, getting ready to start my thesis to receive my masters in graphic design. As a single, 20-something, I wanted to focus greatly on the lost art of simple/basic cooking for single and couple households and was wondering if you had any advice on the subject, especially being a young professional who has fallen in love with cooking and focuses greatly on healthy wholesome meals. I would greatly appreciate any insight or personal views that you might have on the subject (i.e. how young ppl no longer cook, turning to frozen meals, loss of basic (BASIC) cooking skills, etc). Sorry for the super long post, I would just love your input on this, I’m trying to get several views on the subject.

Hi! I love your blog! I was behind someone at Idylwilde Farms in Acton, MA, and heard them talking about your blog. I asked about it as well, went home, and am in love! Your recipes are delicious, easy-to-make, and full of great ingredients. Good luck and keep writing! Jen from Stow

You should publish all of your recipes! I found your book through another blog last year and loved it. Now I love your recipes as well. It’d be awesome to have them all in one place!!!
