I’m a big fan of planning and recording my workouts. It keeps me accountable, motivated, and helps me identify what works and what doesn’t work with my routine. I’m currently using DailyMile to track my workouts as I train for the New York City Marathon on November 6, 2011.

Hey Tina ! Have you posted your training plan anywhere? I’d love to see it and hear of anything you changed on it based on your experience with your first marathon! I’m currently training fit my first marathon! (marine corps )

Had a baby in April and really need to start a work out routine. Did you start slow? If so can you give me an idea of what you started doing and how long.

Good for you! Love the look of your book. I can NOT imagine running a marathon…wow.
