CrossFit has changed my life and it could change yours too, so here are five reasons why you should try it!

At-Home and Budget-Friendly CrossFit Ideas

In the past several weeks, I’ve received a ton of questions from you guys asking for cheaper and at-home ideas for CrossFit. A Feel Great Workout: CrossFit

CrossFit is the hot new workout right now, and like many other health and fitness enthusiasts, I wanted to see what it was all about. Here how I try to balance both workouts.

15-minute (Or Less) At-Home WOD

Mal and I created our own WOD and did it our basement. No CrossFit? No problem! We cleared some space, turned on some tunes, and got down to work.

Travel WODs (for Cruises)

Except for the last WOD in this post (which calls for a jump rope), these workouts don’t require any equipment and can pretty much be done anywhere. Mal and I just found some space near the track on the cruise ship and busted out the exercises.
