Hi, guys! Happy Friday!

If you follow me on Instagram, you probably already know that I’m in San Diego with Kerrie for the Fitness Business Summit, so we can learn ALLTHETHINGS and network our butts off for Designed to Fit Nutrition. I’m also looking forward to some SUNSHINE and hopefully some drinks by the pool. Woohoo! Ok, so it’s Friday, which means it’s time for another edition of What I’m Loving Lately, which includes quite the mix of favorites this week. Enjoy!

The Capital One Café at the Derby Street Shoppes (aka the new DTFN office) – Kerrie and I bump into each other here ALL the time. It’s funny because we’ll be WhatsApp-ing each all morning long and then we’ll both end up at the Cafe, which, of course, makes communication even easier! It’s also the perfect place to work because it’s beautiful inside with high ceilings, big open windows, free wi-fi, mini conference rooms, and a Peet’s Coffee, which, if you have a Captial One card, you get half off your coffee purchase. I actually already had a savings account with Captial One, so I opened up a (free) checking account with a debit card just for half-price coffee! My account is actually called “Coffee Account.” Haha! And, since I get this question quite a lot from friends in real life, the cafe IS a bank too, but it’s at the back and the employees don’t try to sell you anything. You can just go in, work, read a book, and do your thing without being a Capital One customer. And, finally, just had to share this because I thought it was really cool: The ATM in the front entrance gives EXACT dollar amounts, not just $20s. I mean, sometimes you need 5-dollar bills or singles, right? If you’re local, it’s definitely worth checking out, especially if you work from home and NEED to get out of the house every once in awhile!

Cozy and casual clothing for travel – I’m especially loving these two tops from Champion: Champion Women’s Fleece Full-Zip Hoodie and Champion Women’s French Terry Crew, which are both lightweight, soft, and stylish and totally affordable at just $23 and $15, respectively.

I’m also loving casual, but stylish spring fashion! Some favorites Cross Front Tee, Crop Skinny Jeans (only $59), and Washed V-Neck Tee (only $17), and Wendy Hooded Jacket.

And, finally, I’m loving gray slip-on/top-sider sneakers. I actually went to buy the Sperry ones that I’ve been obsessing over, but then I stumbled upon the Ralph Lauren Janis, which are on sale for just $39.99 and even cuter. I had them in my shopping cart, ready to hit purchase, but then I saw another pair from Sperry in the sidebar. Ahh, decisions!! Which ones would you pick?

Best Fiends – This game is so fun! Mal and I play all the time after Qman goes to bed. It’s totally addictive! Best Fiends is a FREE puzzle game where you collect characters by matching same-colored objects to defeat slugs. Yep, slugs. Haha! You can actually play this game without wifi, so it’s perfect for plane rides and road trips, too!

If you’re in the market for a new game, here’s a little incentive: The first 100 readers to download this FREE game and get to level 10 will get $4.99 worth of gold and diamonds for free! Just click here to download Best Fiends for FREE! Best Fiends has a ton of in-game events and challenges. I’m on level 19, so if you want to play against me, just let me know what level you’re on! Smile

Slow Cooker Chili Lime Rotisserie Chicken My gosh, this recipe is SO EASY, SO DELICIOUS, and SO AFFORDABLE! Whole chickens were recently on sale at Whole Foods, so I picked one up for this recipe. It turned out so well, and it will definitely become a staple in our house!

The recipe is actually from Real Food Slow Cooker Recipes, an ebook from Rubies & Radishes that we cook from ALL the time. The recipes are so simple and so tasty! It’s perfect for people who are busy, but want to eat a healthy diet too. With the right ingredients and a slow cooker, this ebook makes is easy to eat nutritious, flavorful meals! Each recipe is strictly Paleo and Whole30-friendly, so no grains, dairy, sugar, natural sweeteners, legumes or alcohol– just real food and flavor. And you can try ALL of them! Use the code CARROTS30 at checkout and get 30% off the ebook! Trust me, you’ll love it! 🙂

Working out with Diastasis Recti – This is such a great resource! I was meaning to write a similar post myself since I had/have DR, but Gina did an amazing job, so I’ll just link you there! 🙂

Silicone Non-Stick Baking Mats – I don’t know why I waited so long to get some of these! They make baking/cooking/roasting veggies 8,000 times easier!!

Boxed (aka Costco delivered to your front door) – I know that I’ve mentioned Boxed a zillion times in the past, but it’s really amazing. We order from it ALL the time. On Tuesday, I ordered diapers, toilet paper, trash bags, and Honey Nut Cheerios (all in bulk), and my box of goodies arrived on our front door step less than 24 hours later. It doesn’t get easier than that!

Orangetheory at Home Workout – I can’t wait until I’m back to my OTF workouts! My hip is almost 100% healthy! Until then, I love that I have this workout to guide my gym workouts.

Protein Dessert Dip + sliced apples – Oh my gosh, this is the best snack ever, especially at the end of the night when I still have some protein to consume for the day. Here’s how to make it: In a small bowl, mix together: 1/2 scoop (16 grams) protein powder (I used SFH Churro), 1 tbsp creamy nut butter (I used cashew butter), and 1 tbsp chocolate almond milk. Slice apple and dip! 🙂 Macros: P 15 C 7 F 7
