This 5-Minute Microwavable Granola is incredible and, holy cow, SO EASY TO MAKE. Seriously, you just combine the ingredients in a microwave-safe dish with lid and then just pop it in the microwave for 5 minutes. Simple as that. Before you know it, you have aĀ tasty and healthy granola to add to yogurt, oatmeal, smoothies, or eat alone with milk (my favorite way). I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

5-minute-microwavable-granola

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled (or quick) oats
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened or sweetened)
  • 1/4 cup honey (or agave)
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions: Combine ingredients in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave for 2:00, remove from dish from microwave and mix/toss granola really well (30-60 seconds). Return dish to microwave and cook for another 2:00 minutes. Remove from microwave, mix well, and allow to cool. Store in a container with lid.
