Heyyyy! What’s up? How’s life? Anything new? I just wanted to share what we’ve been up to the past couple of days. Here goes!

Quinn decided that we wants to be a bald eagle for Halloween. He loves birds and does a really great “caw-caw,” so we figured it would be the perfect costume for him. He’s going to look so adorable! FYI: I bought the bald eagle costume from Amazon.

Speaking of Halloween costumes, I got a free tote for trick-or-treating with Quinn. We needed more diapers, wipes, and pouches, so I placed an order on Boxed and got a free tote! Cool!

I finally bought a new tote bag. Remember when I was obsessed with my sister’s Timi & Leslie bag? (FYI: Timi & Leslie makes stylish diaper bags.) Well, after searching high and low for a new tote bag, I finally went with the “Dawn” diaper bag from Timi & Leslie. I used to carry Quinn’s diaper bag + my bag, which was kind of annoying, so now everything will be together in one place. I ordered my new bag online from Nordstrom, and I cannot wait to get it!

Yesterday, I did the workout below at CrossFit South Shore. (I’m doing a trial month to see how often I can get to classes.) I scaled the weight for this workout to #55, which was a really good decision because my grip was smoked by the end. I finished in 14:16.

On Monday afternoon, I did the treadmill workout below and covered just over 5 miles. I liked this one a lot. Intervals on the treadmill are FUN!

I also discovered a new machine at the gym. Well, actually, Mal introduced me to it. It was really tough””it’s a lung-smoker and full-body workout for sure. I want to do a running + Ski Erg interval workout soon”” like run on the treadmill, hop off to do the Ski Erg, and then back on the treadmill. That would be a serious workout!

I made Cheeseburger Casserole for dinner last night. It is seriously one of Gina’s best recipes. It’s so easy to make and turns out well every time! Definitely give it a try if you haven’t already!
